We are made up to be asked to be involved in the prestigious Centre for Cities project for the Greater Manchester region.

The latest in the series of ‘Centre for Cities’ government projects is focusing on Manchester and they have asked Fat Heads to help them in the report. We were asked about the impact of the recession, the benefits of working in such a great city as Manchester and the implications on the creative industry with the impending introduction of Media City in Salford.

The team took part in a video interview to be included in the upcoming printed publication and DVD that is being released later in the year.

Sean Turner, Digital Director, said of the experience, “To be involved in such a project as this, to promote a major city like Manchester, is a privilege. Considering companies such as Rolls Royce have given their input into previous ‘Centre for Cities’ projects bodes well and we are delighted that the organisation were looking for an up-and-coming agency such as ourselves.”

Watch this space for the release of the DVD and YouTube footage.
