We relaunch CV-iTalent, the social recruitment site to showcase portfolios and employers to discover new talent.

Fat Heads have successfully launched v2.0 of the social recruitment website, CV-iTalent.

CV-iTalent allows both individuals seeking employment and companies looking to fill employment vacancies the opportunity to search portfolios and skillsets, post and apply for jobs and interact with each other socially. Job seekers can upload images, audio files, text documents and videos to their profile as well as provide an online résumé for potential employers to gain a detailed overview.

The website, which Fat Heads first created in 2010, needed a reboot to vastly improve the user experience and provide them with additional functionality unavailable in the first version.

The new features give members who have signed up for the site the opportunity to privately message, online chat, create and join social groups, post to a questions and answer forum and become a “friend”. Members can also see a dynamic “wall” of their friends’ recent activity.

Employers now have the ability to also interact with jobseekers as well as purchasing job vacancies and advertising space on the website.

Adam Kilshaw, CEO for CV-iTalent said of the relaunch, “it’s now a top quality site and I love its layout…brilliant job.”
