Law & Order

CCTC are a boutique tax chambers based in the heart of London. With over 20 years of experience, they provide UK and international commercial, tax and wealth structuring advice to a wide range of clients including business owners, banks, trustees, heads of state, celebrities and sports stars.

Chancery Court Tax Chambers approached Fat Heads Creative Studio to revamp their existing corporate brand, a project that would include a new logo design, brand guidelines, website redevelopment, accompanying the stationery set and printed material.

Brand Identity & Logo

We conducted a thorough research process and liaised closely with Chancery Court to create a brand that not only had strong relationships with the business but communicated the sophisticated, luxurious aesthetic the client wished to convey.

A couple of options were initially explored, including designs based on the crest of the House of Howard, a long-established and famous family lineage of barrister Joseph Howard. However, the final design is influenced by The Knights Templer, a medieval religious military order situated in the Chancery Lane area of London.

After reconfiguring a symbol inspired from a Knights Templar shield to create the logo, complementary fonts were added along with a colour palette of charcoal, gold and white to finalise the brand identity.

Image Treatment

Chancery Court were able to provide a range of professional photos of staff members and location shots. These were uniformly stylised to ensure all company imagery was consistent with the high end, luxurious look that would dovetail neatly with the rest of the brand.

Website

Making use of the aforementioned great company imagery, we designed and developed a site for CCTC that not only showcases what services the company provides but also who helps deliver it.

Pages such as Services & Taxes display individual areas of expertise and help users identify more clearly with what area of taxation they might need assistance with. Dedicated pages such as the Blog and Our Team offer an insight into who is behind the company and help give the site a more personal experience.

Both the Instructing Us and Contact page have unique contact forms which help to filter feedback and requests to the correct department. A customised Google Map has been embedded so that it remains consistent with the site’s colour scheme.

Site Features

A dedicated page promoting recent examples of cases that CCTC have been involved in. Each individual example displays the case name, reference number, overview and even includes a link allowing users to download a PDF document for more detailed information about the case.

Various client testimonial quotes are interspersed throughout the site, adding credibility to the business and reinforcing the great work that CCTC achieve.

CCTC recently became named sponsors of the 2019 Taxation Awards. As part of their sponsorship package, we created a range of adverts featured within the event brochure and over other pieces of marketing collateral used around the awards.
