‘Working with Schools’ is an experienced family-run organisation that provides independent services to schools, colleges and multi-academy trusts. Their support allows schools to concentrate on teaching through not having to take care of important, complicated tasks such as HR Management, DBS Checking and Payroll Administration.

We were tasked with a complete refresh of the brand to give the client a clear, well-defined identity, enabling consistent communication across all platforms. This resulted in a new logo, complementary colour palette and other updates to assets such as social media artwork, business cards and company stationery.

The branding update was then integrated into a responsive new website allowing WwS to properly showcase their high-quality services.

Services we provided

Bookmark Icon

We implemented a distinctive icon into the company logo that can be picked out used as a stand-alone feature throughout the rest of the identity.

Not only was the bookmark relevant, but its distinctive shape and colour give the brand recognisability when applied to different communication and mediums.

Stationery & Social

Once the new logo and brand were solidified they were then implemented throughout all company collateral. From letterheads to LinkedIn avatars the new identity allows for consistent communication across all platforms.

Website

An important aim of the new site is to give users a clear indication of who the company are and what services they provide. With that in mind, we featured a landing page achieving both through implementing a carousel detailing the three core services whilst emphasising the company strapline.

The new user-friendly design is easy to navigate and is fully responsive across a range of different platforms. The back end of the site has an easy to use content management system allowing an administrator to make updates efficiently. We also formalised the structure of each service page to ensure consistent delivery of information to the visitor.

Testimonial Page

Working with Schools had an impressive catalogue of client testimonials showcased through a dedicated page on the new site, where visitors can easily find great feedback from a variety of categorised sectors.

Additionally, each page of the site features a randomised testimonial above the footer to ensure the user is always reminded of the great work WwS have provided to clients in the past.
