Fat Heads have launched NHS Survey Online – a website to let visitors share their NHS experiences.

Fat Heads have launched a new website to collect and display positive and negative experience with the NHS.

Fat Heads Creative Studio has developed an innovative platform called NHS Survey Online to gather and showcase patient feedback on recent NHS experiences. This website empowers individuals who have engaged with NHS services to share their personal insights through a structured feedback form. Once submitted, each form is vetted to ensure quality and relevance before it appears on the live site, creating a reliable source of firsthand experiences for site visitors.

The feedback form is comprehensive, allowing users to specify both their UK region and the type of care received (e.g., emergency, primary, specialist). This categorization enables future visitors to filter submissions by region and service type, making it easy to find experiences relevant to their own situation. Additionally, users can enhance their feedback with supporting materials such as documents, images, links, or videos, providing further context and detail to their submissions.

To give users a quick overview of feedback sentiment, the site uses a color-coded scoring system. Experiences can be marked as Positive, Neutral, or Negative, represented respectively by green, amber, and pink hues on the live website. This visual system helps visitors understand overall patient sentiment at a glance, aiding in transparency and accessibility.

Beyond the feedback system, NHS Survey Online includes a contact form that allows users to reach out directly to the website administrators, whether for inquiries or additional feedback. This ensures an open line of communication and supports ongoing engagement with the site’s community.

The website’s design is clean and minimalistic, reflecting typical medical colour schemes that convey trust and clarity. Fat Heads Creative Studio has crafted a user-friendly and visually approachable platform, ensuring that users from all backgrounds can easily navigate the site and contribute their NHS experiences in a meaningful way. NHS Survey Online stands as a valuable tool for understanding patient perspectives across the UK’s healthcare system.
