Extensive Product Catalogue

Astra boast being the UK’s sole distributor for many of the world’s leading equipment manufacturers and stock product types available for either hire or sale. We implemented a simple colour coding system to indicate this around the site, and save any confusion for the user.

After being informed that many customers identify their products visually, we ensured each attachment had a recognisable thumbnail and an accompanying feature shot, giving the user a glimpse of the equipment in action.

Product Filtering

Just like looking for a pair of trainers, when it comes to purchasing excavator equipment customers often still have a preferred manufacturer, with this in mind we enabled product filtering for users to easily navigate to their favoured attachment.

Product Specification

Products can come with a range of models where requirements vary and the differences can be hard to spot, the product specification table displays all the details clearly and allows customers to quickly analyse the variables for each model, ensuring the correct attachment is identifiable.
